Why VDC?

Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) is the answer to improving planning and execution processes and the subsequent operational phase. This planning method and these digital tools help to create added value for clients, the entire planning team and the contractors carrying out the work and in operations.

A building should ideally have a long life cycle, beginning with an idea during planning. Most of the information about a building is generated during the planning phase. This information is collected methodically during planning and execution and is then available for the entire life cycle of a structure. BIM models create a better understanding for those involved, especially in light of increasingly complex buildings and their requirements.
