5. Sustainable Employer

Rapp is committed to maintaining a happy, motivated and steady workforce in a fair and equal opportunity working environment. 

Fair, inclusive and healthy working conditions are the key to positioning ourselves as an attractive employer in times of skilled worker shortages. In a male-dominated industry especially, Rapp can build a positive reputation by promoting gender equality. 

Inclusion and promotion of people with disabilities can also send positive signals. And finally, studies have shown that a diverse workforce improves productivity. 

Other important issues are the promotion of employee health (including mental health) and empowerment. 

Specific targets

  • Employee satisfaction at Rapp remains at or surpasses 85%. Employee dissatisfaction remains below 5%.
  • Rapp maintains an equal-opportunity, fair, and diverse environment at all levels.
  • Rapp promotes the physical and mental well-being of all its employees.
