Sustainability Strategy
The construction industry is a key discipline when it comes to implementing sustainability goals. We are committed to actively finding solutions within five fields of action.
Each field of action pursues specific goals against which Rapp's sustainability can be measured. These fields of action influence the range of services, optimise existing fields of competence with regard to sustainability and create new fields of activity that are currently being expanded. Rapp is also looking inward and initiating projects or ideas to drive the change to becoming a sustainable company.
Our five fields of action
1. Climate Protection and Climate Adaptation
Rapp aims for climate neutrality and demonstrably promotes sustainable construction, sustainable mobility and the use of renewable energies.
2. Preservation of Existing Buildings and Promotion of Biodiversity
Rapp is committed to the conservation and protection of biodiverse habitats and ecosystems.
3. Circular Construction
Rapp stands for resource-saving and pollutant-free construction and promotes reusability right from the planning stage.
4. Innovation, Partnerships and Education for Sustainability
Sustainability is a key factor in Rapp's support of innovation and education and its entering into partnerships.
5. Sustainable Employer
Rapp is committed to maintaining a happy, motivated and steady workforce in a fair and equal opportunity working environment.
